Care for End of Life
Facing the end of life—whether for yourself or a loved one—can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate it alone. As a death doula, I provide compassionate, non-medical support to help individuals and their loved ones. What this support looks like is different for each person and customized to your needs.
End-of-Life Planning
Together we explore your values, needs, and desires for the end of your life and craft or review your end of life documentation- which may include advance directives, living wills, and care plans.
This can be done at any time, whether there is a terminal diagnosis or you are just planning for the future.
Holistic Care
I take a holistic and customized approach with each person I work with and your full-beingness is centered.
Some of the practice I may incorporate include guided meditations and mindfulness practices, accessible yoga, therapeutic horticulture, and reiki.
Sitting Vigil
Supporting the person who is dying and their loved ones during their final hours or days of life.
When possible, we have discussions in advance about your desires for this time, and it’s my job to help make those happen.
Note: this is different from hospice services. I love collaborating with hospice to make sure you get all the care you need.
Legacy Work
We work together to figure out what would feel fulfilling for your to leave behind. This can be anything from storytelling to art, from small personal projects to larger community events.
Emotional Support
This is so hard. Let me help hold space for the hard stuff. Nothing is off limits or too weird- if it’s on your mind we can talk about it- wishes, family drama, fears, legacy, and beyond.
Education & Advocacy
Receive personalized support aimed at reducing the stress end-of-life and help navigating conversations with medical teams, hospice, loved ones, or other support systems.

Why choose death doula support?
End-of-life care isn’t just about easing physical symptoms—it’s about honoring the emotional, spiritual, and relational needs of the dying person and their loved ones. My role is to create a safe, compassionate space to support you in navigating this natural transition with grace and intention.
